When to paint eyebrows?
If you are dissatisfied with the current color of your eyebrows or you are tired of correcting them with a pencil in the morning, the solution is a longer-lasting eyebrow color. What’s an additional plus: Eyebrows have short hairs and fall out regularly or grow new ones quickly – so regular dyeing will not be a problem.
How to find the right color?
Regardless of whether it’s blonde, brown or red: The color of the eyebrows should not deviate too much from your natural hair color – unless you consciously want to achieve a big contrast. Especially when it comes to light blonde hair, a maximum of two shades darker than the hair color is recommended for the eyebrows, in order to achieve a natural result. You can’t go wrong with brown hair, but even in this case you should orientate yourself according to your hair color.
How often to dye eyebrows?
Depending on when you dye your eyebrows and how fast new hairs grow. If you stay longer at the beach and are exposed to the sun, the color will fade faster than during the winter. Basically the color should last for three weeks.
How long does the painting process take?
Regardless of whether at the hairdresser’s, in a cosmetic studio or at home: Dyeing eyebrows does not take much time – and it depends on the ingredients and the desired result, i.e. the intensity of the color. Generally eyebrow tinting should not take more than 5-10 minutes. Tip: Pluck your eyebrows only after dyeing, otherwise the dye will seep into the open pores.
